This is a fabulous restaurant with a unique atmosphere and excellent service serving delicious food, with each dish masterfully prepared!
Serving only à la carte, working only with luxury ingredients like caviar or lobster, and implementing impeccable classic techniques make this restaurant worthy of its title. In today's world of tasting menus, culinary tricks and new Nordic and Japanese influences, L'Ambroisie stands alone.

They offer an ever-changing seasonal menu, but if you come across the tourte with duck and foie gras, definitely give this amazing dish a try.
I certainly agree with those who claim that you must visit here at least once if you are interested in fine dining and experience it for yourself.

Personally, I don't think there is a better dining experience in Paris than enjoying a formal meal inside the Iron Lady. If I had to sum it up, I would say just one word: exquisite!
Everything about the experience and this stylish and impressive restaurant will exceed your expectations, from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The food is excellent, the service impeccable and the view breathtaking.
Try the fabulous champagnes and the seven-course tasting menu, paired with some exceptional wines. Of course, every great restaurant prepares crabs, shrimps and foie gras differently, but at Le Jules Verne they are prepared with special care and delicacy.
What caught my attention the most was the mushroom risotto with seasonal truffle and shrimp ravioli, which turned out to be one of the best dishes I've ever eaten!

For many people, spending a night at Le Cinq is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, making it the ideal place to mark an important occasion while traveling.
Due to the great demand for this restaurant by tourists from all over the world, I advise you to book well in advance.
Entering is an experience in itself! The elves, chandeliers, high ceilings and abundant amounts of gold that decorate the interior immediately transport you back to the Belle Époque. While the atmosphere feels a bit glitzy and old-fashioned, the food is quite modern.
Starting with the service, the food, the unique touches and the ambiance, we take care of every detail!
Enjoying the tasting menu is the most popular option because you can try everything. The food is exceptional and, dish after dish, you will see unique specialties full of surprises with unique flavors, colors and textures, beautifully presented in front of you.
Spaghetti with Truffled Ceps or Prosciutto are excellent and quite different from Italian pasta. An impressive fusion of tastes and flavors created by mushrooms and ham stuffed in a truffle sauce and surrounded by vertical spaghetti!

This elegant restaurant is situated at the top of the opulent Peninsula Hotel. While it may not have received as many Michelin stars as some of the other top picks, this is one of my favorites because of the incredible food and gorgeous views!
You'll have spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower, and if you're lucky enough to make an overnight reservation, you can see the twinkling tower from your table!
The decoration theme at L'Oiseau Blanc, which honors two pioneers of French aviation, is another of the restaurant's differentials. The restaurant even has a replica of the plane that the pilots flew in an attempt to complete the first non-stop transatlantic flight suspended from the ceiling.
You don't often see this kind of restaurant with this kind of personality, and I think that's a plus!
But I cannot fail to mention the exceptional cuisine that you can enjoy in this wonderful place! Their starters, including sea urchin with green asparagus, smoked egg yolk and burnt bread, are to die for, as are their delicious starters.
Try the shoulder of lamb with seaweed mushrooms, or start with the oysters and leek before moving on to the red snapper with citrus carrot sauce. The wine is also excellent and is served throughout the meal at opportune times!

You can enjoy a dining experience like no other at L'Oiseau Blanc!

In mid-2014, chef Yannick Alléno took over the management of Pavillon Ledoyen. It's unbelievable that it took the head chef just six months to get the three stars he previously had while working at Le Meuirce! This restaurant is arguably among the best around today, thanks to so many accolades.
If you are looking for the ultimate dining experience, visit Pavillon Ledoyen. This excellent restaurant, located on the first floor of a neoclassical mansion, not only has three stars to its credit, it also ranks 25th in the top 50 restaurants in the world.

Every aspect of the food is carefully considered here, resulting in dishes that look as good as they taste.
All dishes are excellent, although one of the Poulet de Bresse dishes is the protagonist! It was so well done that it paired wonderfully with the white truffles.
It's going to be hard to leave once you're done eating, but they make it easy with a delicious pastry called "miel beton" that's flavored with honey collected from the rooftops of Paris!

The Michelin guide only assigns stars to restaurants that have been in operation for more than a year, but Akrame's experience shows that this is not by chance.
The atmosphere is what stands out here. A calm and elegant space full of class is what makes the fantastic food even more enjoyable!
Chef and serial entrepreneur of Michelin-starred restaurant Akrame Benallal is known for his innovative, cutting-edge and creative cooking techniques.
He unleashes superb creativity with a unique menu carefully crafted to take advantage of top-notch ingredients. The chef's mother, who cooked frequently and abundantly, was his greatest inspiration.
Cod with trout caviar and pigeon were my two favorites at Akrame! They also serve several vegetarian options, which I liked.
The balance of vegetables, fish and meat was particularly intriguing because, unlike some fine dining, it didn't lean towards strong meat flavors in this environment.
