- 3 bags sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 TL Chopped garlic
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 Taxes Italian breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a skillet, sauté half of the mushrooms with minced garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to a 9 × 13-inch pan.
Combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and spread out on a plate to dredge the chicken.
Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/3 of the original thickness, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
In the same skillet you used earlier, heat another tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown both sides of the chicken in the skillet.
